The Run-Up to 9/11
1: On March 13, 1962, the US Joint Chiefs of Staff approved Lyman Lemnitzer’s Operation Northwoods, a plot to blow up a US aircraft, conduct terrorist killings against American people on American territory, and blame it on Cuba to justify an invasion there. Kennedy dismissed Lemnitzer in November 1962 and was killed on November 22, 1963 (ABC News 05/01/’01).
2: In 1975, President Gerald Ford named Lemnitzer to the Commission on CIA Activities in the United States (also known as the Rockefeller Commission), which was charged with investigating whether the Central Intelligence Agency had broken any laws.
3: On February 3, 1964, WTC Engineer John Skilling released a white paper study claiming that the WTC would withstand a 600mph impact from a Boeing 707. (Seattle Times, February 27, 1993)
4: The outside columns of the 1,350-foot high Twin Towers were designed with considerable reserve strength, with a > 2,000 percent increase in strength before failure (Engineering News-Record 4/2/64)
5: John Hinckley, a George HW Bush associate who assassinated President Ronald Reagan on March 30, 1981, is the family’s “black sheep.”
6: In 1984, the capability to remotely operate a Boeing 720 was available (NASA)
7: After a 17/5/1987 missile assault killed more than a sixth of the crew and almost sank the frigate USS Stark, Saddam, then a beneficiary of substantial US military assistance, claimed the frigate was mistaken for an Iranian vessel and rejected a US request to interrogate the Iraqi pilot. 8: Dov Zakheim was the CEO of System Planning Corp from 1987 until 2000. (SPC). After the terrorist assault on the World Trade Center in 1993, the company’s subsidiary Tridata Corp handled the inquiry. He had access to the plans for the buildings.
9: SPC offers the Command Transmitter System, a plane remote control system that allows a pilotless aircraft or drone to be controlled within 40 miles of an active transmitter (SPC)
10: SPC offers a target acquisition radar simulator to the US Navy, the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) Countermeasure Group, and DARPA (SPC)
11: SPC offers the Flight Termination Device, a system that may be used to kill target drones if they malfunction or “miss” (SPC)
12: On 9/11/90, eleven years before 9/11/01, George H W Bush delivered his address advocating for a New World Order.

19: In the November 1998 issue of Foreign Affairs, Philip Zelikow, a member of President Bush’s 2000-2001 transition team, speculated in an article titled Catastrophic Terrorism that if the 1993 World Trade Center bombing had succeeded, “An act of cataclysmic terrorism would be a watershed moment in American history, resulting in unprecedented loss of life and property in peacetime and jeopardizing the country’s fundamental sense of security… The US may react by restricting civil rights, allowing for increased monitoring of people, imprisonment of suspects, and the use of lethal force. 20: As recently as 1999, Bin Laden was a CIA asset, with al Qaeda cells fighting with the US in the Balkan war.

22: The Lone Gunmen’s ‘pilot’ episode, which portrays a US plan to crash an electronically hijacked Boeing 727 into the World Trade Center and accuse foreign terrorists for inciting war and boosting the military’s budget, started filming in March 2000 (Kansas City Star, 3/’01).

25: Yemen’s US ambassador to Yemen, Barbara Bodine, blocks an investigation into the al Qaeda attack on the USS Cole on October 12, 2000.
26: PTECH, which was founded by a Saudi financier on America’s Terrorist Watch List in October 2001, had access to the FAA’s entire computer system for two years before the 9/11 attacks, and whistleblower Indira Singh was told to keep quiet about it (Christopher Bollyn, American Free Press, 6/20/06).
27: According to George Schultz, Vladimir Putin, FBI Special Investigator Robert Wright, FBI undercover ISI informant Randy Glass, former House senior counsel David Schippers, Garth Nicolson, US intelligence agent Delmart Vreeland, and others, the US received at least 28 early explicit warnings. 33: Shortly after 9/11, an order transferring power to shoot down hijacked planes from field commanders to Rumsfeld was revoked.
34: Paul Wolfowitz’s West Point graduation speech focused on readiness for a “surprise assault” like to Pearl Harbor, with the line “you too shall be tested in battle” (DefenseLink, 6/2/’01).

38: WTC landlord Larry Silverstein, the second-highest bidder, leased the whole WTC complex six weeks before the attacks in 6/’01 with an escape provision that let him pay nothing if the buildings were destroyed in a terrorist assault (New York Times, 10/10/’03).
39: At the end of the day, there were a variety of trade-offs. The Silverstein group’s down payment was reduced from $800 million to $491 million, but its yearly rent payment was increased. 47: Before 9/11, FBI agent Colleen Rowley’s Zacarias Moussaoui investigation was so thwarted that her colleagues joked that bin Laden had an FBI mole. 49: A WTC tenant claimed they had a “extraordinary” number of evacuations from the WTC weeks before the attacks, and believes “they had an idea something was going on.”
50: FBI’s John O’Neill, who was obsessively investigating bin Laden’s terror network, was pushed to quit, but was given the position of WTC security head and perished on 9/11, his first day on the job (Charles Brisard and Guillaume Dasquie, Le Verite Interdite)

61: On 9/11, Sen. Bob Graham, Rep. Porter Goss, and other members of the US Intelligence Committee had brunch with Pakistan’s ISI head Mahmoud Ahmad, who had approved an al Qaeda $100,000 wire transfer to Mohammed Atta only days earlier (Wall Street Journal, Washington Post 5/18/2002).
62: Thanks to a’schedule adjustment’ the night before, President Bush’s cousin Jim Pierce avoided death at the WTC (Ananova 9/18/’01).
63: On September 11, George HW Bush and Osama bin Laden’s brother Shafig bin Laden attended a Carlyle Group board meeting together.

The Hijackers
67: The US has identified nine hijackers who have either been discovered alive or are believed to have died many years ago. (Daily Telegraph, September 23, 2001)
68: At least seven of the 9/11 hijackers received training at US military facilities (Newsweek, September 15, 2001; New York Times, September 15, 2001).
69: Five of the hijackers slept at a hotel just outside the NSA’s Fort Meade gates (BBC 06/08/2002).
70: Mohamed Atta attended Maxwell Air Force Base’s International Officer’s School, where he ate pork chops, drank excessively, and used cocaine (Daniel Hopsicker’s Welcome to Terrorland).
71: On their driver’s licenses, Ahmed Alnami, Ahmed Alghamdi, and Saeed Alghamdi claimed the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida, as their permanent residence. Hamza Alghamdi has ties to the Pensacola base as well. (Pensacola News Journal, September 17, 2001)
72: Abdulaziz Al-Omari, 72, who allegedly attended Brooks Air Force Base Aerospace School in Texas, said his passport was taken in 1995 when his residence in Denver, Colorado was burgled (Daily Telegraph 23/09/’01).
73: In Monterey, Saeed Alghamdi attended the Defense Language Institute (Knight Ridder)
74: The hijackers of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 The base of operations in Florida was in Porter Goss’ congressional district, which supported the PATRIOT Act.
75: On September 7, Atta was seen ‘wasted’ at a Florida bar (St Petersburg Times)
76: Mohammed Atta left a rental vehicle at the airport with a will, a Koran, a driver’s license, and a DVD on “how to fly planes”: too much evidence? (WorldNetDaily, September 11, 2002)
77: On September 10, Atta and two Arab males spewed anti-American views in a Florida strip club, spending hundreds of dollars on drinks and lap dances, and leaving behind a copy of the Quran and a business card.
78: Mohamed Atta reportedly piloted Flight 11 over the Indian Point nuclear power facility, which, if struck, would have made the northeast corridor of the United States uninhabitable for 1,000s of years.
79: Despite the fact that they were forced to present picture IDs to board, none of the hijackers’ names appear on either of the passenger manifests or victim lists.
80: No charges were filed against Wally Hilliard, the proprietor of Atta’s flying school, for the 43 pounds of heroin discovered on board his Learjet only three weeks after Atta joined (the largest seizure ever in Central Florida).
81: Hilliard’s aircraft had made 30-round flights to Venezuela with the same passengers who always paid cash (provided by a pair of cocaine traffickers who had previously equipped CIA drug runner Barry Seal).
82: There is a great deal of uncertainty over the number of people alleged to have been on the aircraft, which were only 27 percent full on average.
83: In 2000, investigators for the Congressional Joint Inquiry found that an FBI informant had hosted and leased a room to two hijackers. When the Inquiry requested an interview with the informant, the FBI refused and subsequently concealed him. These blocking tactics, according to a high-ranking FBI officer, were ordered by the White House.
84: Before Seal’s death, 9/11 commissioner Richard Ben-Veniste was Seal’s attorney.
Stand-Down and War Game Drills
85: In 1999, NORAD conducted simulations in which aircraft were hijacked and crashed against targets such as the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. (USA Today, April 18, 2004)
86: In the morning of 9-11 (Aviation Week 09/09/’02), three F-16 jet aircraft from Andrews AFB, 15 miles from the Pentagon, were flown 180 miles for a training mission.
87: There were no jetfighters on alert at Andrews AFB, which is home to the DC Air National Guard and Air Forces 1 and 2. (Newsday, USA Today)
88: In October of 2000, the Pentagon conducted emergency training drills including a fake passenger aircraft crash into the Pentagon (Army press release)
89: Due to impending ‘wargames’ by Paul Wolfowitz, Sandy Berger, and Condoleeza Rice, the missile shield above Washington, DC was disabled several weeks before 9/11. 1 World Trade Center, North Tower (Flt. 11)
91: Lucky Larry Silverstein was absent from his 88th-floor office due to a ‘doctor’s visit’ (New York Magazine)
92: Witnesses, physical evidence, and photographic evidence all point to the airplane not being a Boeing. 767
93: Bill Rodriguez, a basement worker, heard an explosion below him, saw an aircraft crash above him, and saw a burnt guy emerge from the basement elevator (CNN)
94: The lobby was destroyed by “a jet fuel fireball… shooting down at least one bank of elevators,” according to the 94: 9/11 Commission Report (2004), but Arturo Griffith and a coworker, who were heading from the second-level basement to the 49th floor, survived the freight elevator cable severing and free-fall after the plane impact. 95: Before what may or may not have been a commercial aircraft hits the North Tower, the footage shows a brilliant light just in front of the plane (Naudet brothers)

99: Within the perimeter wall, ‘pancaking’ floors would generate under pressures above the top pancaking level, although dust being pulled back into the tower is not visible.

101: The fall of the buildings seemed to be a “classic controlled demolition” according to the president of a national demolition organization.

South Tower of WTC 2 (Flt. 175)
105: A brilliant flare may be seen at the nose and slightly to the lower right of Flight 175 shortly before it hits the South Tower in at least four videos.
106: Prior to the collapse, a police officer testified to several HUGE explosions at the top 15 minutes apart.
107: Carol Ciemiengo’s sole publicly available thermograph shows exterior columns barely hot enough to cook an egg 15 minutes after impact.
108: Ciemiengo’s boss, James Seffrin, claims that the temperatures displayed are totally incorrect since Carol, who was thermographing electrical panels that day, couldn’t be bothered to calibrate the camera to the proper range for a meaningful thermographic study (telephone conversation)
109: Video shows molten steel flowing from the skyscraper shortly before it collapsed and solidifying beneath the debris
110: An Electro-Magnetic Pulse blacked out rescue personnel’s radios just as the tower began to collapse, thus rescuing firemen were not alerted to evacuate since their radios suddenly stopped functioning.

147: The only evidence that people were involved in the hijacking of four planes is Barbara Olson’s airphone conversations from 35,000 feet. She was the one who brought death into the spotlight, and she was working on a book about President Clinton pardoning terrorists.
148: Barbara Olson had originally planned to go on a different flight, but she cancelled and booked herself on Flight 77 on that Tuesday in order to celebrate her husband’s birthday on Monday, September 10th, but it was really September 11th! (Wikipedia)

280: The ‘Let’s Roll’ aircraft was Flight 93. The flight attendants allegedly offered some guys hot coffee to hurl at the hijackers. That was never the case. A spilt cup of coffee between the captain and co-pilot on the flight computer would have brought the aircraft down. On Flight 93, judo champion Jeremy Glick was on board and would not have required a pot of coffee to fight a 5’8″ hijacker.
281: (Previously, I thought the Flight 93 aircraft had been electronically hijacked and that the crew had successfully reclaimed control, which would explain why the plane was shot down by a US military missile.) That’s something I’ll have to think about.)

290: CC Lyles was aboard Flight 93, number 290. She had served as a police officer for the past six years. She allegedly left a message on their answering machine for her husband. The phone call was reportedly made when the aircraft was falling at a 40-degree angle at 6,000 to 10,000 feet per minute. Because the aircraft was losing components, there should have been a lot of noise from terrified passengers, yet there wasn’t. The phone is given to another lady at the conclusion of the conversation, who adds, “You did very well, honey.”
291: On Flight 11, Daniel Lewin, an Israeli-trained commando, was seated in passenger seat 9B. He was killed by a 5′ 6″ hijacker carrying a box cutter, according to the FBI version of 911. That isn’t plausible.
292: Passengers referred to flight attendants as air hostesses in a couple of the early phone calls, as in a guy stabbed an air hostess. In the United States, flight attendants are never referred to as hostesses. They were known as stewardesses until 1968. Israeli stewardesses are known as air hostesses.
293: From her home in Miami, a purser (chief flight attendant) who had been assigned to a 911 aircraft traveled to Boston. Her flight had been canceled, she was informed. She came home.
